Job Description
- Build, develop and market designated brand and raise brand awareness.
- Serve as the point-person for developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives and activities for their particular brand ATL, BTL, TTL.
- Continuously monitor market trends and marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products and competitors’ activities in the marketplace.
- Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights, then, adapting the brand strategy for the target market
- Estimating and establishing cost parameters, budgets, campaigns, and potential ROI.
- Increase the brand’s value, image, and positioning compared to competitors.
- Ensuring that all product lines that fall under your Brand domain resonate with current and potential customers.
- Building, and following the brand on social media with the creative team
- Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies
- Meet with stakeholders to determine brand objectives and strategies
- Research markets and studies the company’s brand
- Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
- Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
- Coordinate sales, product development, and other teams
- Track budgets with an eye toward maximizing gains and reducing costs
- Analyze industry, competition, and market trends
- Prepare reports on brand performance and sales
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration (Marketing Major).
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Excellent command of the English language
