Job Description

  • Manage end to end recruitment cycle (attract, source, select and offer management) and drive a proactive fulfillment of business requirements through developing an extensive network/talent pool in the market
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Handling the training process (training needs analysis – training Plan – scheduling training sessions – keep accurate records of all training – individual & overall training evaluation – employee training record)
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews

Job Requirements

  • Min 3 years of experience
  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Age: 25 to 30 years max
  • Manufacturing experience (FMCG is a plus)
  • Very Good command of the English language
